Talk out of bad trades

highs are getting sold off, but not enough selling pressure.
look at high of channel they are not accelarating.
look at every bar with bull and bear, think about setups/probability
Am I doing right thing, Am I resisting temptations.
Pressure: Shrinking stairs.
